1. Returns
You have 7 days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must meet all of the following conditions:
- The item must be unused and in the same condition as received.
- The item must be in its original packaging.
- You must provide a valid receipt or proof of purchase.
- You must provide an unboxing videos for return

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. We reserve the right to deny a return or to charge for the return if multiple returns have been initiated from the same account
2. Damages and issues
We pack our products with a lot of care and love so that it reaches our customers safely. Please inspect your order upon reception, In the unlikely event that your merchandise arrives damaged, please send us a photo or Video of the damaged product and box within 24 hours of receiving your order. We will resolve this immediately for you.
3. Refunds
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and promptly notify you of the status of your refund. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. Please note that the time taken to receive your credit may vary depending on your card issuer’s policies.
4. Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene, safety, and business reasons, the following items are exempt from being returned:
- Customised or personalised items.
- Perishable goods.
- Gift cards.
5. Shipping
To initiate a return, please contact us for return shipping instructions. You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs when returning an item. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable. If a refund is approved, the cost of return shipping will be free
