1.  Returns

You have 7 days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must meet all of the following conditions:

  • The item must be unused and in the same condition as received.
  • The item must be in its original packaging.
  • You must provide a valid receipt or proof of purchase.

2. Refunds
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and promptly notify you of the status of your refund. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. Please note that the time taken to receive your credit may vary depending on your card issuer’s policies.

 

3.  Exchanges
If you need to exchange an item for a different one, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. Please note that you will be responsible for any price difference and shipping costs associated with the exchange.



4.  Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene, safety, and business reasons, the following items are exempt from being returned:

  • Customised or personalised items.
  • Perishable goods.
  • Gift cards.

 

5.  Shipping
To initiate a return, please contact us for return shipping instructions. You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs when returning an item. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable. If a refund is approved, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund amount.

 

6.  Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately so that we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible. We may require photo evidence of the damage or defect to process your claim.
